Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation (UREC) will host a Homebuyer Seminar on Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. The seminar will take place at Scotlandville Branch Library, 7373 Scenic Highway, Baton Rouge, LA 70807.
