(Baton Rouge, LA) — Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation (UREC), in partnership with Red River Bank, will host a homebuyer seminar for prospective homeowners on Saturday, April 18, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Main Library, 7711 Goodwood Blvd, in Baton Rouge, La. There is no cost to attend, and individuals interested in becoming a new or first-time homeowner are encouraged to REGISTER HERE.
During UREC’s homebuyer seminar, attendees will learn from experts in the real estate and finance industries on how to navigate the homebuying process as well as how to build credit to purchase a home.
