Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation (UREC) names Taria Dearbone the 2018 Ronnie Edwards Scholarship Recipient. Dearbone, a 2018 graduate of Baton Rouge Magnet High School as well as UREC’s youth development program. The scholarship honors the memory and legacy of UREC founder and community leader Ronnie Edwards who established UREC’s youth development program while advancing the organization’s mission of “Building Today’s Communities for Tomorrow.”
