(Baton Rouge) – Transformation is on the horizon in North Baton Rouge! Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation (UREC) has partnered with the City of Baton Rouge and key stakeholders to address the affordable housing needs of older adults and grandparents raising grandchildren.
