UREC’s Lock & Key Homebuyers Club program offers free, in-depth homebuyer counseling, and education to families facing obstacles to home ownership.  During the program, participants obtain in-depth information about preparing for homeownership, financing, banking and credit, and down payment assistance. Participants may qualify for up to $1,500 in closing cost assistance upon successful completion of the program.
