Established in 2017, UREC’s Pre-Law Institute introduces high school students to civics, law, and criminal justice at Southern University Law Center, while also providing them with opportunities to network with local legal professionals. Program participants who have fulfilled all program requirements also earn national recognition by being named to the American Bar Association’s Civics & Law Honor Roll.
UREC’s College & Career Ready is a 21st Century Community Learning Center providing after-school and summer learning programs through Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation and community partners.
