Foundation Set at Satinwood Grove Construction Site

Construction is underway at Foster Oaks and Satinwood Grove with tremendous momentum. WATCH as Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation’s (UREC) President & CEO Carl Dillon provides construction updates for these two forthcoming affordable housing developments in North Baton Rouge.

Both Foster Oaks and Satinwood Grove developments will provide quality, affordable housing opportunities to grandparents raising grandchildren, senior adults, and families with modest incomes.

UREC is advancing the projects with support from: Cadence Bank, Capital Area Finance Authority, City of Baton Rouge, Cottonport Bank, Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation, and Louisiana Housing Corporation.
