Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation and Cadence Bank are collaborating to offer a Homebuyer Seminar on Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The event will take place at Eden Park Library, 5131 Greenwell Springs Road, Baton Rouge, La. 70806.

Individuals in the Baton Rouge area desiring to become homeowners are invited to attend and can REGISTER HERE. There is no cost to attend. Pre-registration is required.

During the event, attendees will hear from local real estate, finance, and community development representatives about the various steps of the home-buying process, financial readiness, closing assistance, and additional resources. The event is offered to empower future homebuyers to build credit to purchase a home.
