Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation (UREC), in partnership with Cadence Bank and the Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation, will host a 4-session Lock & Key Homebuyer Club from June 2024 – July 2024. Sessions will take place at Cadence Bank, 6889 Corporate Blvd. in Baton Rouge. Shan A. King (NMLS# 2366760), Mortgage Loan Officer with Cadence will lead the sessions.
The Lock & Key program offers free, in-depth homebuyer counseling, and education to families facing obstacles to home ownership. REGISTER HERE.
During the program, participants will obtain in-depth information about preparing for homeownership, financing, banking and credit, and down payment assistance.
- Grants Available: Upon completing the program, eligible participants may qualify for $1,500 in closing cost assistance.
- Session Dates: June 13, June 27, July 11 and July 25. Sessions will take place from 6 PM to 8 PM
