Baton Rouge residents interested in new and first-time homeownership can learn how to navigate the homebuying process during Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation’s Homebuyer Seminar on Saturday, January 7, 2023. The seminar will take place from 10:00 AM to NOON at St. Mary’s Baptist Church, 1252 N. Acadian Thruway E in Baton Rouge, La. During the seminar, attendees will learn about financing, down payment assistance, as well as the roles of real estate professionals and service providers involved in the homebuying process. All in attendance will receive the opportunity to gain free membership into UREC’s Lock & Key Homebuyer Club, which offers more in-depth homebuyer education and resources.
