UREC recently renovated a 3-bedroom, 2-bath property located at 7060 Jewel Street in Baton Rouge, La.

The property upgrades include new interior and flooring, a new roof, completely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen, as well as new fixtures, appliances, and a new A/C unit. The remodeled home offers approximately 1,096 square feet of living space and was put on the market for $150,000.  We’re excited to share that the property is under contract.
