(Baton Rouge) – Urban Restoration Enhancement Corporation, in partnership with Chase Bank, will host a Homebuyer Seminar on Saturday, January 6, 2024. UREC’s Homebuyer Seminar will take place from 10 AM to NOON at Eden Park Library, 5131 Greenwell Springs Road in Baton Rouge. There is no cost to attend. During the homebuyer seminar, representatives from Chase, Classic Realty, Southern University IDA, Louisiana Housing Corporation, and Southeast Legal Services will provide information about building credit to purchase a home, navigating the homebuying process, downpayment assistance, legal services, and additional information that will benefit individuals desiring to purchase a new home or a home for the first time.
